SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM SAST will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship nationwide via reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery times are:
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 4–14 business days
- Outlying and rural areas: 4–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over R750
Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier's tracking portal.

International Shipping We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times and rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
